Vintage Days is Fresno State’s largest student-planned celebration which attracts over 50,000 people from Fresno and the surrounding communities to campus for three days of entertainment and excitement! There’s something for everyone at Vintage Days: food

Application Deadline
If you are interested in being a food and beverage vendor at Fresno State Vintage Days please submit this application no later than 5:00 p.m. PDT,
Friday, January 9, 2026. Applicants will be notified no later than Friday, February 20, 2026.
Event Dates and Times
Fresno State Vintage Days will be held on the campus of California State University, Fresno on Friday, April 17 through Sunday, April 19, 2026. The event hours will be as follows:
- Friday, April 17 - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday, April 18 - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Sunday, April 19 - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
*All vendors must be operational for all hours of the event. All vehicles must be cleared off of the event site by 9:30 a.m. and cannot be driven back onto the event site until after 6:30 p.m. (5:30 p.m. on Sunday)*
Vendor Fees/Cost
Each vendor will be required to pay Vintage Days a commission fee of thirty percent (30%) of 'net sales' earned during the event. The term 'net sales' shall mean total sales reduced by sales tax. At the end of each event day a designated Vintage Days staff
member will stop by each vendor booth to verify daily sales. Receipts will be submitted via online form at the end of each day.
No Application Fee Required
Liability and Security
Minimal security will be provided for the three-day event; however, participants are responsible for their own merchandise and equipment, its protection and insurance.
General Rules
The majority of food booths at Vintage Days are allocated to recognized student organizations on campus, providing important fundraising opportunities to these groups. Third party vendor booths are intended to provide additional variety and professional
quality to the items being sold by student organizations.
A) To ensure variety and eliminate repetition between
student organization food booths and third party food vendors, Vintage Days will limit the kinds of food, drinks and other items that will be accepted for sale at the event. Prices are subject to event approval and must be inclusive of sales tax.
B) Prices must be posted and visible to customers. Prices may be lowered during the event, however they cannot be increased.
C) Food booth applicants must submit a proposed menu and packaging list at the time the application is submitted. Menu changes without written authorization could result in booth closure.
D) Pre-printed booth and menu signs required - No handwritten signs
E) You must provide your own propane or other heat source.
Silent generators must be less than 50 horsepower.
F) Limited potable water for food preparation is available at no charge but must be listed on your booth request form.
G) Vintage Days reserves the right to location/relocate vendor booths according to the needs of the event.
H) Tip jars or donation jars are strictly prohibited.
Vendor Responsibilities
A) During the Event, Provider shall, at its own cost and expense, maintain in full force and effect at least the following insurance coverages:

General Liability: comprehensive or commercial form minimum limits each occurrence $2,000,000, General Aggregate $4,000,000 placed with a company rated A.M. Best rating A; VII or higher. The insurance required to be provided by Provider pursuant to this
section 11 shall; (i) be the primary coverage as to any claims, suits, liability and/or damages arising out of this Agreement, (ii) shall list the following parties as additional insureds thereto: the State of California, the Trustees of the California, California
State University, Fresno, the California State University, Fresno Association, Inc., and all of said entities’ employees, agents, representatives, directors, officers, boards, committees, and volunteers (collectively “additional insureds”), and (iii) shall
contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of all entities herein listed as additional insureds.

Workers’ Compensation: as required under California State Law with Employer’s Liability $1,000,000.
- Business Automobile Liability: minimum limits for Owned, Scheduled, Non-Owned, or Hired Automobiles with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.
B) No less than fifteen (15) days before the Event, Provider must have sent (via mail or email), and California State University, Fresno must have received from Provider, the following documents:

A current permit to operate from the Fresno County Health Department certifying that the Provider and the particular Mobile Food Preparation Unit (MFPU) to be used at the Event has passed inspection and meets all requirements.
Note: The associated, current Vehicle Permit Approval sticker must be affixed to the MFPU. A current HCD Insignia sticker from the State Department of Housing and Community Development, Division of Codes and Standards must also be affixed if vehicle
is the type that you step inside of or onto to operate.

A current, valid, fully-paid business license issued by the appropriate governmental agency.

A current, valid, copy of the vendor’s Food Manager ServSafe certificate.

Certificate(s) of insurance and associated additional insured endorsement demonstrating compliance with all requirements of section above.

Fresno State Vintage Days is committed to maintaining and exciting fresh look while promoting a exciting event. The quality of product mix, presentation and professionalism will be taken into consideration when reviewing all applications.

Procedures and Dates to Remember
1) Completed application must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. PDT, January 9, 2026.
2) If you have any questions, please call the Fresno State Vintage Days office at (559) 278-2741 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Application Rejection and Cancellation Policy
Fresno State Vintage Days reserves the right to waive any and all irregularities, and reject any and all applications.
All applications will remain on file in the event of a cancellation. Assignment of any available space(s) through cancellation will be left to the discretion of the selection committee.
